Demonstrators in the Bahrain village of Manama protest against the Saudi execution of Shia cleric Nimr al-Nimr. Police fired water cannons and birdshot at protesters.

Police in Bahrain have fired birdshot and used water cannons to push back demonstrators protesting Saudi Arabia’s execution of a Shia cleric.
