n the course of the final day of the Indian-Russian military exercise Indra-Navy, warships of two countries performed joint artillery firing against sea target and carried out operation on in-motion cargo transferring.
After completing five final tasks, the Indian Sahyadri ship hosted summing-up session of the joint exercise.
Deputy Commander of the Pacific Fleet Vice Admiral Andrei Ryabukhin, Commander of the Eastern Fleet of the Indian Navy Rear Admiral Sunil Bhokare, officers of joint HQ, and ship commanders took part in the session.
Summing up the results, Vice Admiral Andrei Ryabukhin said that Russian and Indian seamen completed all the assigned tasks. He also noted that the servicemen raised the level of interaction. Andrei Ryabukhin expressed his gratitude to the Indian party for the hospitality and added that the exercise had been held in friendly atmosphere.
